Fifteen years of sets, stages, suites, and startups.

I am just getting started.

On the production side, my client roster includes Spencer Gifts, BMW, Lilly Pulitzer, Jefferson Health, and Living Beyond Breast Cancer. That range is not accidental. I take projects that challenge me and clients that are doing something that matters.
Off set, I run Glam On Demand — my Greater Philadelphia bridal and event beauty company – and Polished and Prosperous, an operations and systems consulting firm built specifically for service-based entrepreneurs who are ready to stop winging it and start scaling it.
I speak at trade shows and industry events, create education that meets people where the industry actually is, and mentor beauty professionals who are ready to go from artist to founder.
I know what it costs to have real talent and no infrastructure behind it — and I built an entire company so you do not have to figure it out alone.
I hold a SHRM-CP certification and spent years in corporate beauty retail leadership and national education.
I have been the artist, the account manager, the founder, and the educator. I know what it looks like on every side of the table – and I bring all of it into every room I walk into.
I have spent fifteen years showing up prepared, doing the work, and actually caring how it turns out. For brands, artists, brides, and founders.
If you are looking for that kind of collaborator — you just found her.

MORE ABOUT MY JOURNEY AND HOW I GOT HERE

I did not start in a big city with big connections.

It started in a beauty school in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania – where I met Nicole, my instructor, my first hire, and proof that the right people find you no matter where you start.
Still in that small town, I started freelancing for brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills, Lipstick Queen, Lancome, and BECCA.
I also picked up a part time role as the lead makeup artist at a local modeling and talent agency, where I ended up helping book talent too.
That job taught me more than I expected, about the industry, about people, and about the world. It also took me around it.
I was building the resume before I even knew what I was building.

The Mentor That Changed Everything — Crystal Wright

Nicole took a Crystal Wright PYP intensive and came back transformed. So, I decided to take it too!
That mentorship did not just change how I worked. It changed how I thought.
What Crystal gave me was a complete reframe of how I saw myself in this industry.
The business side, the agency world, how to position yourself, how to get paid what you are worth, and what a real career in this industry could actually look like.
The people I met in those rooms were not just classmates, they are now working artists at the top of this industry, and many of them are still some of my closest friends and strongest connections to this day. That network alone was worth everything.
I still work with Crystal today, because the best investment you can make in your career is staying connected to people who are further down the road than you are.
That lesson is also exactly why I do the mentorship work I do now.
Everything I learned about being poured into, I pour into the artists and founders I work with.
If you are not in her world yet, you should be.

The Other Side of the Industry

While I was still building my independent career, and launching Glam On Demand, I took a role as a National Education Manager for a pro-only beauty company.
I learned how brands build, how teams scale, and what it looks like when education is done right at a national level.
Then I got a call.
A fashion show in Philadelphia needed a last minute artist, someone had bailed and they needed me there.
I said yes. In exchange I was promised my own showcase at a later date. I showed up, I did the work, and something shifted. That city had an energy I was not expecting.
Little did I know that one last minute phone call would plant the seed for everything that came next.

The Plot Twist

That one phone call turned into a deliberate decision.
I packed up, moved to the Philadelphia area, launched Glam On Demand in a new area, and took a multi-store manager role at a beauty distribution company for licensed pros to keep the lights on while I built.
It was not glamorous. It was strategic. And then life did what life does — I found out I had Lupus.
That diagnosis changed my timeline in ways I did not plan for. I needed benefits, I needed stability, and I had to stay in a corporate lane longer than I originally wanted.
So I found a role with Benefit Cosmetics — training, coaching, and developing retail sales teams and beauty professionals across multiple locations. I made the most of every minute of it. The plot twist did not stop the plan. It just rerouted it.

The Shift

When the world stopped in 2020 I got clear.
I made an intentional shift back to what I actually came to the area to build.
I invested heavily in networking, partnerships, and the backend systems that were finally available to support a business like mine.
I grew my Glam On Demand team, started showing up on podcasts and stages, and started saying yes to the rooms I had been too busy surviving to walk into before.
The pivot was not accidental. It was overdue. And once it started it hasn’t stopped…

Here We Are

Now, I launched my second company Polished and Prosperous, built specifically to give other service-based entrepreneurs the systems and strategy I wish I had from the start.
The infrastructure I built for myself became the product.
Fifteen years of pivots, investments, setbacks, and intentional moves led here.
Two companies. A growing presence in the education and speaking space. A team I trust. Work that matters. And a whole lot more still in the works.

Alittle More About Me…Things I’m currently into…

Women’s Empowerment

I believe women — especially women in business — are most powerful when they are in rooms with other women who are rooting for them.

I am intentional about building those rooms, being in them, and making sure the door stays open behind me.

Fitness and Wellness Journey

I am on a real, ongoing journey of taking care of myself – mentally and physically – and figuring out what that actually looks like in a life this full.

Some days look better than others. All of it counts.

Social and Human Rights

I care about what is happening in the world and I believe the platform you build comes with a responsibility to use it for something bigger than yourself.

All Things Art
Fine art, street art, fashion, photography, design- if there is creativity in it I am probably paying attention to it.

Art is where I refuel. It also quietly informs everything I do professionally, even when I cannot explain exactly how.

Community and Giving Back

I am invested in showing up for my community – whether that is through my work, my network, or my time – is not optional for me. It is built into how I operate.

Travel

I collect experiences the way other people collect things.Different cities, different cultures, different tables to sit at.

Travel reminds me that the world is bigger than my corner of it and that is exactly the point.
